Summer is here but before you start dreaming about sunny mornings on the beach or your afternoon walks in the alleys of the island, think about your skin. Think about how you will prepare it to "accept" the summer holidays, but above all how you will protect it from these holidays.   1. Moisturizing cream: Your face needs daily hydration. Many people believe that hydration is necessary only during the winter months. But this is wrong, as in summer your skin needs the same treatment. The problem lies in the fact that during this period your skin becomes dry. For this reason, choose a water-based cream and do not forget to apply it daily before your sunscreen.
  2. Peeling: In order for your skin to "accept" any cream and for it to work properly, there should be no dead cells in your skin that block the pores. Cleaning your face is essential before the summer holidays as well as exfoliation. However, the treatment should be done several days before your first outing to the beach. With the same reasoning respectively, facial exfoliation is best done in the evening.
  3. Sunscreen: The use of sunscreen is essential even in the city. You should not forget to wear your sunscreen every morning which should have at least SPF 30.
