This is the best way to lose weight, according to scientists

You may think you need to "melt" in the gym, but Mild exercise is just as effective as the most demanding weight loss programs, experts say.

According to a new study published in the journal Physiological Reports, demanding fitness programs do not provide additional benefits for those trying to lose weight. Mild exercise is equally effective when we try to lose weight.

Researchers from the Department of Health at the University of Bath examined how long and at what intensity participants should exercise in order to lose weight. They asked 38 men and women with an average age of 52, who led a sedentary lifestyle, to exercise five times a week. They were also asked to limit the number of calories they consumed. Half of the participants did intensive training on the treadmill while the other half exercised at a moderate intensity. The conclusion reached was that the participants in both groups lost the same amount of weight.

According to the findings of this research, then, you do not need to overdo it with exercise in your effort to lose weight. Just incorporate a mild form of exercise into your daily routine.
