Radial hyperkeratosis, or solar hyperkeratosis (suggesting that hyperkeratosis is caused by sunlight), is a described dermal neoplasm that occurs on sun-exposed skin surfaces in people with fair skin.
How is it treated?
Radial hyperkeratosis should be treated and eliminated using one of the different treatment methods chosen by the dermatologist, as the risk of developing squamous cell carcinoma is 6-10% over a period of 10 years.
